CD & DVD Digipaks

The standard digipak - used for both CD and DVD - offers the durability of a jewel case with the appeal of a printed mailer. With plenty of surface area for printing and ample room for your original design specifications, digipaks enhance the look of your CD or communications-oriented project. Housing a glued plastic tray to hold the disc, it has the feel of a jewel case but the look of a hard cover book. Digipaks can be customized with different panels, slots and inserts, simple, multi-level or sculpted embossing and matte or high gloss varnish or lamination.

The digipak is one of the most attractive and economical ways of creating a visually captivating CD or DVD case. 

Digipaks are also offered with 4 to 8 panels, holding up to 4 CDs or DVDs. They are an excellent option for premium projects.

New, 100% recycled CD & DVD digipak trays with post-consumer waste content are also now available.

Eco-Wallets

Eco-wallets resemble jewel boxes but are made of board stock instead of plastic. They are our lightest packaging solution, making them very affordable to ship and perfect any time storage space is limited. Eco-wallets give you the benefits of a printed mailer, but with two panels, and a single insert sleeve. They are compact and open like a book but provide abundant surface area for printing and the inclusion of attractive artwork.  With no plastic, they are also considered a very environmentally friendly choice. Our eco-wallets all use 100% recycled board stock, and come in a rough matte or UV gloss finish. This simple, no-plastic option exudes eco-friendliness and is the ideal choice for singles, EPs and promotional kits.

Printed Mini Jackets (CD Mailer)

Magra Multi Magra’s printed mini-jacket is the perfect combination of digipak and mailer. This light weight  and compact printed piece protects your disc while providing the ideal economical solution for your mailing campaigns and catalogues on disc. Printed mailers are becoming more and more common on the market as the packaging choice of companies adding CD or DVD components to box products such as tutorial DVDs or CD-ROMs. As an important added bonus, our printed mailer is an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic-based packaging.
