Data Preloading:
Preloading your USB flash drives is an excellent idea that can save you time and money, while supplying important information to your clients. USB flash drives are an ideal storage device for virtually any kind of data. Magra Multi Media can preload presentations, product catalogues or any other promotional materials you need onto your USB flash drives including the following:

Post Loading:
Magra Multi Media is one of the few suppliers who can post load your flash drives, saving you time and effort. If you already own a quantity of USB flash drives that have not been preloaded with data, simply ship us your flash drives and send us your data. Magra will load whatever type of data you have onto your flash drives and ship them back to you - all for an affordable price.

Autorun:
Magra Multi Media's flash drives support the "autorun" function, which allows your preloaded data to launch automatically when the user plugs the custom USB flash drive into their computer. This optional service is ideal when USB flash drives are used as marketing tools to distribute multiple PDFs. The autorun function assures that the most important document loads instantly when your customer plugs in the flash drive. Magra Multi Media can set up the autorun function during the preloading of your data.

File Locking:
File locking is an option on a "Dual Zone" flash drive that protects the information on your USB flash drive from being deleted by the user. It combines the flexibility of a standard USB flash drive with the read-only functionality of a CD-ROM. Upon insertion into the USB drive, 2 drive icons appear: one for the read-only zone and the other for the user area in the standard removable drive. Data can be hard-coded onto the read-only zone while still allowing users to use the "flash drive zone" as a regular flash drive.

Pantone Colour Matching:
Magra Multi Media can provide USB flash drives in any colour, even if they are not available in our standard colour option. In addition to printing your logo, we will match the product to any Pantone colour you specify. This is an excellent when you need to adhere to branding guidelines.

  • The minimum order quantity for Pantone® matched product shells is 100 units.
  • Additional charges may apply - contact our representatives.
  • Add 3 working days to the standard lead time for Pantone matched products.
  • CMYK references cannot be used.
  • The color of the product with a translucent shell may appear to change depending on the lighting conditions.

Volume Label:
When the flash drive is first formatted or created, a 'volume label' is the name assigned to the drive. Multi Magra Media can customize this name, up to a maximum of 11 characters, so that it will appear when the drive is plugged into a computer. Whether it be the name of your company, a product name or another custom theme, the volume label service represents a nice finishing touch for your flash drives.

Logo:
Magra Multi Media offers 5 different branding techniques. The best branding methods to use is determined by your style of logo, product type and material. Our expert staff can help you choose the branding type

  • Screen Printing: This is a technique that creates a sharp-edged image. Silkscreen printing is most suitable for logos with 1-4 colours that have no shading or colour gradation.
  • Photo printing: The best choice for logos with many colours or those with shading or gradation. This technique allows the reproduction of 300DPI messages or artworks
  • Laser engraving: Laser engraving gives a very precise and clean finish. The position and movement of the laser can be accurately controlled to achieve a desired effect. This method is ideal for logos with sharp, well-defined borders or those that require solid areas of engraving.
  • Diamond engraving: The process gives a very a precise finish. Engraving is not a colour process but different colours in your logo can be represented by simple shading. Logos with sharp, well-defined borders tend to work best.
  • Embossing: This is a process for producing raised or sunken designs or relief on the material. This technique is suitable for the blind or visually impaired.
